I Have Decided

Your decision to follow Christ is the most important decision you can ever make and it has altered your destiny.

At Celebration Church we believe that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the good news that God loves people and sent His son to die for our sins so that we could be saved from eternal separation from God and called to a growing relationship with God.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God. – Ephesians 2:8

If you have recently made a decision to follow Christ, we would love to join you on the journey! You can check-out the Next Steps of faith below.

NEXT STEPS OF FAITH

1. GROW

The front door to our church family is Growth Track, this course guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. Growth Track is made up of 4 steps that equip you to: connect to the church, discover the strengths of your purposeful design, develop your personal leadership, and use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.

In Growth Track you will hear more about the vision and mission of Celebration Church Mokopane. We will answer any questions you might have and walk you through your Personal Style Assessment, your Spiritual Gifts and how you can use this to live out the purpose God has for you.

2. DEVELOP

Through Water Baptism we identify with Christ in His death and resurrection. It is done as a step of obedience. It is an outward representation of an inward repentance and spiritual regeneration. It is not done to earn salvation but as a way to show commitment to Christ and His will.

In Matthew 3 we see that Jesus was baptized by John. We believe in baptism by full immersion.

3. CONNECT

Our dream is for every person that calls Celebration Church Mokopane home, to belong to one of our many Life Groups in of the greater Mogalakwena area. Our Sunday services are awesome opportunity to worship together as a large group, but people need smaller groups for fellowship and connection. Life Groups create the space for directing people from rows (Sunday service) to circles (Life Groups) where people can truly do life and grow together!

To feel that we belong, we don’t have to know everybody, but we must know somebody, and somebody needs to be looking out for us. In this kind of space, we can move beyond our past and step into the future God has for us! That is why Life Groups are so important – people get to know other people on a deeper level. When Jesus started His ministry, the first thing He did was to form a small group. He surrounded Himself with 12 men. He didn’t try to do it all on His own. He had deep meaningful relationships with the group, and they were there for Him in very difficult times.

loving God, loving people!

A life giving community of believers serving Mokopane and beyond!
